5. No Return, No Exchange, No Cancellation Policy
- No returns, no exchanges, and no cancellations are allowed once the order is booked.
- In case of damaged products, a mandatory parcel opening video is required.
- The video must clearly show the unopened parcel, opening process, and the damage.
- Claims without a valid opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

- Damage claims must be reported immediately after delivery.
- Approval of any exchange (if applicable) is subject to internal quality inspection.
