Damaged Product Policy
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, you must provide a clear 360 degree view parcel opening video.
- The video should show the unopened package, the opening process, and the damage clearly.
- Claims without a valid opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Approval Process
- All damage-related requests are subject to internal quality inspection.
- Sindhu Collections reserves the right to approve or reject any request after verification.
- Approved cases may be eligible for exchange, subject to product availability.
Non-Eligible Cases
- Products without an opening video
- Minor (or slight) color variations due to lighting or screen resolution
- Damage caused after delivery or mishandling by the customer
Final Decision
The decision of Sindhu Collections will be final in all return or exchange-related matters.
